Shipping & Customs Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order has dispatched.

2. International Shipping (Outside the USA)

Direct online checkout is limited to addresses within the United States. However, we review and accept international order requests on a custom basis.

If an international order request is approved:

• Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all calculated carrier shipping costs, which will be added to a custom invoice prior to payment.

• Customs, Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), tariffs, and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. All customs fees and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Note: International packages are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs policies vary by country; please consult your local customs office for estimated charges prior to ordering.

3. Refused & Uncollected Packages

If an international delivery is refused by the recipient, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid import taxes/customs duties, the customer remains responsible for:

• The original shipping fees

• Any return shipping costs incurred

• Any customs charges or handling fees charged by the carrier
